At First Christian, we are
asking you to give us one chance. We don't believe that you should
have to give us anything more than that. If you give us one chance
in worship, we will be grateful. We understand your time is
precious and we make sure that any interaction we have with you is
worth your time. We want you to test us out.
We have two morning services.
Both of our Sunday services
last an hour.
The first service is at
9:30. The Praise & Worship Team provides our
music. The service features songs we'll hear
on Christian radio. You can wear what you're going to wear the rest
of Sunday at this service and you'll fit right in. We have a
nursery available for this service, but we find that most of our
children enjoy being part of this fast-paced worship. The hour will
be gone before we know it.
Our second service is at
11:00. This service has a great choir, led by Karen
Billingsley.
During this service, we hold our Children's and Youth Ministries. All children are welcome to stay in the service or
go to one of our wonderful children's programs. Whatever a parent
wants is fine with us!
There are adult education
opportunities during the 9:30 and 11:00 worship services.
Our
children's education time is 11:00. Parents can decide what they
want to do. If you want to worship with your children, come to
either service. If you want to worship while your child learns more
about the Lord, come to the 11:00 service. If you want to deepen your
faith through one of our Sunday school classes and worship with your
children, too, then come to our 9:30 worship and study at 11:00.
